Status Update History

June 12th, 2025

Octoo was affected by the massive Google Cloud outage that impacted many internet services and applications.  Users were unable to login to the web application during the outage as Octoo relies on Google Cloud for core infrastructure and authentication.  This outage did not affect the application API or underlying data or services, only accessing the web application.

January 30th, 2025

A customer reported a phishing attack originating from the `linguabee.info` domain.  This domain has been suspended and its fraudulent use reported to authorities.

May 8, 2024 

Issue sending outbound sms messages affected Linguabee between approximately 09:30 EDT and 10:30 EDT before it was resolved.

March 26, 2024

The Octoo application had two separate outages briefly today where user's would have been unable to reach the application.
